Created in the wake of a cancelled convention, NotCon 2017 was a first of its kind “pop up con’ that was free to all attendees and featured many elements of fan conventions, including a full arcade, tabletop and console gaming, vendors, celebrity guests, cosplay events, a live concert, and a rave.
